射孔-压裂充填防砂联作完井在深水气田的应用

摘    要:为了缩短深水完井作业周期,降低完井作业成本,减轻对储层造成的伤害,并确保作业安全和完井质量,在国内某深水气田首次采用射孔-压裂充填防砂联作完井工艺。该工艺将常规射孔、端部脱砂压裂和砾石充填防砂作业集成于一体,采用POIT阀、地层隔离阀、自动灌浆装置、IRDV阀等测试和完井工具,1趟管柱完成射孔和压裂充填防砂作业。7口井的现场应用情况表明,采用该工艺整个作业安全、顺利,作业质量收到预期效果。与常规作业相比,该工艺节约作业时间约448 h,大大缩短了完井液对储层的浸泡时间,减轻了对储层的污染程度。

Abstract:To shorten the deepwater completion cycle,reduce completion costs,reduce the damage to the reservoir and ensure the operation safety and completion quality,the perforation-fracture gravel packing sand control completion technology was adopted for the first time in some deepwater gaswell at home.The technology integrates conventional perforation,tip screen-out fracture and gravel packing,adopting testing and completion tools such as POIT valve,formation isolating valve,automatic grouting device and IRDV valve.One-trip string achieves the perforation-fracture sand control operation.The application to seven wells shows that adoption of the technology ensures the safety and smoothness of the whole operation whose quality reaches the expected effect.Compared with conventional operation,it saves the operation time by 448 h,remarkably reducing the soaking time of completion fluid toward the reservoir and lessening the pollution of the reservoir.
