金牛七质量控制标准研究

摘    要:目的 建立金牛七的质量控制标准.方法 从金牛七的性状、鉴别、检查及浸出物测定等方面进行研究.结果 金牛七的性状、鉴别特征明显;药材水分平均含量为9.40%;总灰分、酸不溶性灰分平均含量分别为4.13%、0.68%;醇(40%乙醇)溶性浸出物平均含量为27.47%.结论 从性状、鉴别、检查及浸出物测定等方面可以有效控制金牛七的质量,该研究为金牛七的质量标准制订提供了依据.

Abstract:Objective To discuss the quality control specification for Jin Niuqi herbs. Methods The content of Jin Ni- uqi herbs was detected by the flowing aspects: character, identification, examination and extract determination and so on. Results The characteristic of Jin Niuqi herbs is obvious ; the average moisture content of medicinal materials was 9.40 % ; the average of total ash and acid - insoluble ash were 4.13 % and 0.68 % respectively; the average of alcohol (40 % tha- nol) extract was 27.47 %. Conclusion This method can be the quality control specification for Jin Niuqi herbs, and pro- vide a basis for formulate the quality standard.
