浅谈混凝土裂缝控制

从开始浇筑、振捣就会出现骨料下沉、浆体上浮现象,而浆体受骨料约束,在混凝土内部和表面会出现大量微细裂缝。以后随养护条件、环境条件和荷载情况的变化会出现多种多样的裂缝。有些裂缝在环境、荷载条件变化时可以愈合,有些裂缝则随环境、荷载条件的变化而发展;有些肉眼可见的裂缝并不影响结构物的安全,为无害裂缝,有些则影响结构物的安全为有害裂缝。文章阐述了形成混凝土各种各样裂缝的原因。

On the Concrete Crack Control

Concrete is made of cement-based cementitious binder slurry scattered gravel mixed bonded together,is a diversified,multi-phase,non-homogeneous cement-based composites.From start pouring and vibrating appears aggregate sinking,slurry floating phenomenon,while the slurry aggregate constraints,a large number of small cracks in the concrete internal and surface.Later with the curing conditions,changes in environmental conditions and loading conditions there will be a wide variety of cracks.Heal some cracks in the environmental and load conditions change,some cracks development with the environment,the load conditions change;some visible cracks do not affect the safety of the structures,while others affect the safety of the structures harmless cracks as the harmful crack.This paper expounds the cause of a variety of concrete cracks.
