摘    要:介绍了触摸屏在交流变频调速系统的应用与发展,阐述了应用于实验室教学活动中的触摸屏在可编程控制器(PLC)控制变频器完成多段速和无级调速两种速度控制模式中的应用。实际运行证明,该系统成本低,运行可靠,柔性强,响应速度快,安全性较高,对学生掌握工控中简单系统的建立有着很好的启发作用,具有很好的教学效果。

Abstract:Application and development of touch screen in speed regulation system,HMI application in two speeding-control model,multi-speeding operation and step-less speeding operation with PLC controlling inverter are elaborated,which system is used in laboratory education.It is proved by real running that this system has low cost,good degree of reliability,soft quality,quickly response and high security.It has good enlightened effect for students to know how to build a simple system in industrial control,and reaches good teaching effect.
