摘    要:目的分析综合ICU有刨机械通气患者气道病原菌分布规律,提出解决及预防气道感染发生的对策。方法采用前瞻性研究与回顾性调查相结合的方法,对入住综合ICU的25例有创机械通气患者的气道进行感染监测,并对其临床资料进行分析。结果呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率为64.00%;下呼吸道与呼吸机管路存在多重菌感染,二者病原菌一致;呼吸机管路的污染率随通气时间延长而升高。结论加强气道管理与感染监控,缩短呼吸机管道更换周期,是预防呼吸机相关性肺炎的重要措施。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) and the distribution of pathogens in patients with mechanical venti-lation in the intensive care unit (ICU) ,so as to explore the effective preventive and control measures. Method The incidence and pathogens of VAP were pro-spectively monitored in 25 patients with mechanical ventilation. Results The incidence rate of VAP was 64.00%. There were the same multiple pathogens in the lower respiratory tract infection and breathing circuit pollution. The degree of pollution in the breathing circuit increased with the time of mechanical ventilation. Conclusion The important measures to prevent VAP are strengthening the nursing care of breathing circuit and infection monitoring as well as increasing the fre-quency of breathing circuit change.
