| 摘 要： | 目的观察X染色体连锁的凋亡抑制蛋白(XIAP蛋白)对米非司酮诱导宫颈癌HeLa细胞凋亡的影响。方法 XIAP重组质粒转染HeLa细胞,共聚焦显微镜观察其在细胞内的分布;流式细胞仪检测米非司酮处理和未处理的各组细胞凋亡率。结果 XIAP在HeLa细胞中弥漫分布于细胞核和细胞浆,米非司酮可诱导HeLa细胞凋亡,XIAP能抑制由米非司酮诱导的HeLa细胞凋亡。结论米非司酮能促进HeLa细胞凋亡,XIAP能抑制由米非司酮诱导的HeLa细胞凋亡。
