某难选高磷赤褐铁矿的选矿新工艺研究

摘    要:某铁矿石铁矿物主要以赤褐铁矿形式存在,磷含量0.586%,属于高磷难选铁矿石。试验采用还原焙烧-磁选-浸出工艺流程处理该矿石,获得了铁品位为62.32%、磷含量为0.198%的铁精矿,并使铁的回收率达到66.84%,为类似难选高磷赤褐铁矿的开发利用提供了新的思路。

Abstract:The iron minerals in some iron ore mainly is in form of hematite and limonite,with a phosphorus content of 0.586%,the ore belongs to refractory ore with high phosphorous.In the experimentation,a process consisting of reduction roasting,magnetic separation and leaching was used for this ore,and an iron concentrate containing 62.32% iron and 0.198% phosphorus with an iron recovery of 66.84% was obtained.The experimentation provides a new idea for the exploitation and utilization of high-phosphorus hematite an...
