| 摘 要： | 研究了膨胀型阻燃剂聚磷酸铵PNP在乙烯-辛烯共聚物中的应用，考察了阻燃剂用量对体系力学性能及阻燃性能的影响；并采用偶联剂SB来改善体系力学性能；讨论了PNP与Al(0H)。并用对体系阻燃性能的影响。结果表明，采用35份PNP，加入2％的偶联剂可使体系拉伸强度达到11.18MPa，氧指数达到27.8。可以实现低填充量、高效无卤阻燃。

| Abstract: | In order to get olefinic thermoplastic elastomer having both perfect mechanical property and good flame retardant capability,PNP and some coupling agent were applied.The results showed that the tensile strength of the system, which included 35% PNP and 2% coupling agent, attained to 11.18MPa and its limiting oxygen index was 27.7.Inflation flame retardant PNP realizes efficiently non-halogen flame retarding. |
