摘    要:SCR脱硝系统一般采用氨气作为还原剂,氨气的制备通常采用液氨、氨水、碳酸氢铵和尿素等原料。介绍了分别以液氨、氨水、碳酸氢铵和尿素为脱硝还原剂时其耗量的计算方法及使用的安全性。液氨和氨水作为还原剂储运制备成本较低,但在储运过程存在一定的危险性;尿素安全性较好,但制备氨气成本较高且分解难度大;碳酸氢铵可采用热解和水解2种方法制备氨气,其价格也较尿素便宜。

Abstract:The ammonia is commonly used as reductant in SCR denitrification system,which can be prepared from materials,such as liquid ammonia,ammonia water,ammonium bicarbonate,and urea etc..The calculation method of consumption for using above-mentioned materials respectively as reductant in SCR denitrification and their safety in utilization have been presented.When using liquid ammonia and ammonia water as reductant,the cost in storage,transportation,and preparation is lower,but certain danger exsists;the safety of urea is better,but the cost is higher;and its decomposition is difficult;the ammonium bicarbonate can be prepared by using two methods,i.e.pyrolysis and hydrolysis,and its prise is also cheaper than urea.
