特种车辆新型高强韧铝合金负重轮液态模锻工艺成型研究

摘    要:在采用新型高强韧铝合金液态模锻成型特种车辆负重轮时,主要研究了新型铝合金液态模锻成型工艺和热处理工艺参数等对合金力学性能及组织的影响。试验表明,新型铝合金液态模锻工艺成型负重轮的组织明显优于其他合金,力学性能得到了显著提高。

Abstract:When taking liquid-state forging of new high strength- toughness aluminium alloy fabricated wheel of special vehicle, the liquid-state forging technics parameters, heat treatment parameters, data measuring were researched to find the influence on organization and mechanical property. The results showed that compared with mechanical properties and micro structure of the other cast alloy and deformation alloy, the microstructure of wheel using new high strength- toughness alu minium alloy liquid forging was obviously excelled and the mechanical properties were higher.
