摘    要:上海世博会电力电缆隧道一标工程利用盾构法进行施工,本文分析了盾构法在施工中的特点和难点。通过对盾构掘进中施工参数的严格控制,解决了对高架桩基的沉降控制的难题,实现了近距离平行高架、长距离穿越高架桩基的施工。编制的沿高架桩基掘进专项技术方案,排除了盾构机推进过程中的各种故障隐患。可为今后类似的工程提供相关借鉴经验。

Abstract:The construction technology using the shield method for Shanghai World Expo Power Cable Tunnel Project Section 1 was presented. The characteristic and difficulties in the construction of the shield method were analysed in this paper. The problem of viaduct's pile settlement control was also solved and the construction of short-distance parallel viaduct, long-distance traversing viaduct pile was realized. And then, a special scheme of tunneling along the viaduct pile was designed and the various hidden troubles in the process of shield tunneling was removed, which presents a useful reference for future work.
