| Abstract: | The quantitative analyzed for soluble mercury in paint was carried out by direct mercury analyzer. The conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiment, such as drying temperature, drying time, decomposition temperature, decomposition time. Under optimized conditions, good linear correlation, recovery and precision were obtained. The linearity range of the testing method is 0-500 ng, the correlation coefficient is more than 0.9994, the lowest detection limit is 0.015 ng, the recovery rate and relative standard deviation are 97. 1%- 101.0 9/0 and less than 5 % respectively. The results showed that this method for the determination of soluble mercury in paint is to establish a simple, sensitive and accurate method. |
