化工类专业复合型、应用型人才培养模式的实践与探索

摘    要:针对目前化工类人才的培养现状和发展需求,从人才培养目标、培养方案、教学体系及实践教学等方面对化工领域复合型、应用型人才的培养模式进行了探索;构建以化学工程与技术学科为基础,具有通识教育和模块方向教育相结合的培养模式和课程体系,达到宽口径、厚基础、特色鲜明的,并着力提高人才应用能力与创新能力的目的。

Abstract:Cultivation mode for chemical engineering field of compound personnel and practical talent were explored in the aspects of cultivation goal,training program,teaching system,practical teaching and teaching quality control system for the current status of Chemical talents and development demand.The aim of broad knowledge,solid foundation,distinctive characteristics,improving the practical and innovation capabilities of talent cultivation would be reached by build cultivation mode and curriculum system about combination of general education and direction education based on Chemical engineering and technology disciplines.
