车用柴油机涡轮增压器涡轮BPF噪声的试验研究

摘    要:阐述了涡轮增压器涡轮BPF噪声产生的机理,针对不同的涡轮壳舌尖与涡轮叶片之间间隙的涡轮增压器进行了噪声测试。试验结果表明:增大涡轮壳舌尖与涡轮叶片之间的间隙可以降低涡轮增压器的涡轮BPF噪声;但对发动机性能有一定的影响。

Abstract:The fundamental of turbocharger turbine blade passing frequency noise is presented.Turbine BPF noise comparison tests were conducted on the same engine and the same turbocharger,except using turbine housings with different distances between tongue and turbine wheel tip.The experiments showed that enlarging the distance can help to reduce the turbocharger turbine BPF noise,but may result in a certain influence on the engine's performance.
