外掺法配制高强混凝土的试验研究

摘    要:采用常规原材料和通用工艺,以等量硅灰取代等量的砂,即外掺法设计试验,采用掺加高效减水剂和硅灰的方法配制高强混凝土。研究了胶结材料用量、水胶比、减水剂用量、砂率和硅灰掺量对高强混凝土抗压强度的影响,并得出了最佳配合比。

Abstract:By using general raw materials and common technology,replacing sand by wollastonite with equal quantity,i.e.external addition method to design experiment,the following paper confects high strength concrete by adding high-efficiency water reducing agent and wollastonite,studies the influences of dosage of cement materials,water pastern ratio,dosage of water reducing agent,sand ratio,and additional quantity of wollastonite on the compressive strength of high strength concrete,and gets the optimum mixture ratio.
