摘    要:根据精神病学课程教学要求,以心理科门诊案例为基础,编写系列案例教学(case-based learning,CBL)的案例,辅助精神病学理论教学。应用CBL过程中,模拟患者心理门诊就诊经过,逐步给出案例信息,提出问题让学生分组讨论学习,掌握CBL案例中常见精神障碍的诊断要点和治疗原则。教学效果表明,CBL教学提高了学生课堂参与度、激发了学习兴趣、提升了自主学习能力、自主思考能力、自我表达能力、创新思维能力和综合分析解决问题能力,受到学生欢迎和认可,取得良好教学效果。

Abstract:According to the course teaching requirements of psychiatry, a serial teaching cases of case-based learning (CBL) is built based on cases from psychology department to assist in the theory teach-ing of Psychiatry. During the teaching process, the scenes where patients came to the psychology depart-ment were simulated and the information about the cases was provided step by step. For each step, students would be asked to discuss a series of questions regarding the cases in different groups. Along with CBL, students could thoroughly learn the main points of diagnosis and principles of treatment for common psy-chiatric disorders. The teaching effect showed that students'' involvement in CBL courses, the interests in learning, self-study ability, independent thinking ability, capacity for self-expression, ability of creative thinking and comprehensive analysis and problem solving ability.were greatly improved. Most students were interested in CBL and it produced fruitful teaching results.
