| 摘 要： | 滑片滚子式压缩机中,滑片受力复杂,传统的理论力学分析方式过于繁琐。文中建立了滑片滚子式压缩机滑片的有限元分析模型,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS计算得到在不同泵体结构下滑片的最大应力应变量,为压缩机的设计改进提供了必要的理论依据。

| Abstract: | In sliding-vane compressor,the vane was in complicated loading condition,while,the analysis of the traditional way was too complicated in theoretical mechanical.In this paper,the finite element analysis model of the vane was established,and the maximum stress and strain in different pump structures were obtained by means of the FEA software ANSYS.The results provide a theory basis for the improvement in designing compressors. |
