保肝利水汤治疗晚期肝癌合并腹水的临床研究

目的观察保肝利水汤治疗晚期肝癌合并腹水的临床疗效。方法将60例确诊为原发性晚期肝癌合并腹水的患者随机分成治疗组30例和对照组30例。对照组采用托拉塞米联合硫普罗宁保肝治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加服保肝利水汤治疗，疗程均为2周。观察癌性腹水及生活质量改善情况。结果治疗组总有效76．67％，高于对照组的43133％（P〈0．05）。治疗组Kamofsky评分提高率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。腹围、肝功能（TBL、ALT）改善情况，治疗组总有效率均明显高于对照组（均P〈0．05）。结论中药保肝利水汤能改善晚期肝癌合并腹水情况并提高其生活质量。

Clinical Research of Baoganlishui Decoction on Advanced Liver Cancer and Ascites

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of the Baoganlishui Decoction on advanced liver cancer and ascites. Methods： 60 patients diagnosed with ascites in advanced liver cancer were randomly divided into treat- ment group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）. The control group were treated with torasemide and tiopronin. The treatment group on the basis of the control group was given Baoganlishui Decoction for 2 weeks. Ascites and life improvement were observed. Results： The treatment group has 5 remarkably effective cases, 18 effective cas- es,and 7 ineffective cases,with the total effective rate of 76.67%. The control group has 2 remarkably effective cases, 11 effective cases, and 17 ineffective cases with the total efficiency of 43.33% （P〈 0.05）. Panofsky score in treatment group improved significantly, higher than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）. In aspects of abdominal cir- cumference and liver function （TBL,ALT）,the treatment group＇s total effective rate was significantly higher（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Baoganlishui Decoction treating patients with advanced liver cancer and ascites can reduce ascites and improve quality of life.
