发电厂信息化规划设计研究

本文简述了发电厂信息化规划的设计研究思路,介绍了发电企业的工作流程,阐述了数字化电厂以及信息系统总体框架,提出了信息化建设的指导思想和总体目标,重点描述了应用系统建设目标、实施策略、项目组织管理,并落实到浙江省十多个新建电厂的信息化建设与实施中。

Study on Informatization Plan for Power Plant

Based on a brief account of the designing idea of informatization plan for a power plant,this paper attempts to present the working procedure in the power generating enterprise and explain the framework of an e-power plant and its information system so as to put forward the guideline and the general goal of informatization construction while focusing on the construction goal in the applied system,the implementing strategy,the project management and organization in the context when they are carried out in informatization construction for more than ten new power plants in zhejiang province.
