| 摘 要： | 本文提出了一种应用于微机交流采样中功率、电压、电流有效值测量的采样补偿方法，该方法精度高，响应速度快。并在８０％ 开发系统上进行了该算法的仿真计算，结果表明当电力系统在正常工作范围内变动时，该算法具有很高的精度。
