主动脉内球囊反搏对急性重症心肌炎心力衰竭患者室性心律失常的影响

目的 探讨主动脉内球囊反搏（intra-aortic balloon pump,IABP）治疗急性重症心肌炎心力衰竭时对患者室性心律失常的影响.方法 将40例急性重症心肌炎心力衰竭合并室性心律失常患者分为治疗组与对照组,每组20例.对照组采用抗心律失常、抗心力衰竭、营养心肌等常规药物治疗；治疗组在常规药物治疗的基础上加用IABP治疗.观察两组恢复窦性心律的时间.结果 治疗组恢复窦性心律的时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（48±21） min vs.（83 ±27） min,P＜0.05].结论 IABP能够有效控制和改善急性重症心肌炎心力衰竭患者室性心律失常的发生.

Effect of intra-aortic balloon pump on ventricular arrhythmia in patients with heart failure plus acute severe myocarditis

Objectives To investigate the effect of intra-aortic balloon pump（IABP） on ventricular arrhythmia in patients with heart failure plus acute severe myocarditis.Methods Totally 40 patients with heart failure plus acute severe myocarditis complicated with ventricular arrhythmia were divided into 2 groups：20 in treatment group and 20 in control group.Routine treatment with antiarrhythmic,anti heart failure and myocardial nutritional drugs were performed in both groups,while IABP was added to patients in treatment group.Duration of sinus rhythm restoration in both groups before and after treatment were observed and compared.Results Duration of sinus rhythm restoration in treatment group was much shorter than that in control group （48±21）min vs.（83±27）min,P〈0.05].Conclusions Ventricular arrhythmia in patients with heart failure plus acute severe myocarditis can be controlled and improved by IABP effectively.
