| 摘 要： | 目的探讨维生素K3治疗痉挛性腹痛的临床疗效。方法随机将64例痉挛性腹痛患者分为维生素K3组（治疗组）32例和山莨菪碱组（对照组）32例，对急性腹痛的患者分别立即给予维生素K38mg肌肉注射，或山莨菪碱10mg肌肉注射。进行疗效对比分析。结果治疗组有效率90．6％，对照组有效率75．0％，两组疗效差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；且维生素K3组出现不良反应的发生率明显低于山莨菪碱组。结论维生素K3是治疗痉挛性腹痛的有效药物，使用方便、安全，作用迅速，疗效可靠，无明显不良反应，值得在急诊中推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of the treatment for spastic stomache with Vitamin K3, Methods Sixty -four patients with spastic stomache were divied into two groups randomly： the treatment group and the control group. To analyse their effect by 2 test. The treatment group,32 patients with the Vitamin K3 8 mg im st; and the control group,32 patients with Anisodamine 10 mg im st. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 90.6%. That of the control was 75.0%. The two groups have significant difference （ P 〈 0.05）. The side effect of the Vitamin K3 was less than that of the Anisodamine, Conclusions The Vitamin K3 is effective medicine to spastic stomache with convenience, safety ,fast effect and reliable curative effect. |
