益气活血法治疗充血性心力衰竭临床观察

目的探讨益气活血法治疗充血性心力衰竭(CHF)理论机制及临床疗效.方法将患者 90例随机分为益气活血组、活血化瘀组、益气组和对照组,所有患者均给予常规西医治疗,并分别予益气活血(益气活血组)、活血化瘀(活血化瘀组)、益气(益气组 )之剂和单纯西医治疗(对照组).结果益气活血组疗效及总有效率均明显优于对照组,其它各组间疗效比较无显著性差异;益气活血组、活血化瘀组和益气组 Boston积分差值均显著高于对照组,此三组组间疗效相近;各组治疗后左室射血分数 (LVEF)均较治疗前显著升高,组间比较无显著性差异.结论 CHF主要中医证型为气虚血瘀,治疗应以益气活血为大法.

The Clinical Observation on Therapy Supplementing Qi and Activating Blood Circulation for CHF

Objective:To observe the effect of therapy Supplementing Qi and Activating Blood Circulation for CHF.Methods:90 patients with CHF were randomly divided into 4 groups: the Supplementing Qi and Activating Blood Circulation group,the Promting Blood and Eliminating Blood Stasis group,the Supplementing Qi group and the controlled group.The treatment for patients in the 4 groups were based on the conventional therapy of WM,and added the different treatments separately:Supplementing Qi and Activating Blood Circulation herb for those in the Supplementing Qi and Activating Blood Circulation group,Promting Blood Circulation and Eliminating Blood Stasis herb for those in the Promting Blood Circulation and Eliminating Blood Stasis group,Supplementing Qi herb for those in the Supplementing Qi group.Results:The statistical analysis shows that the curative effect and the total effective rate of the Supplementing Qi and Activating Blood Circulation group are significantly better than of the other 3 groups,and there was no significant difference among the other 3 groups.As for the Boston scores,there was no significant difference among the 3 groups,which include in the Supplementing Qi and Activating Blood Circulation group,the Promting Blood Circulation and Eliminating Blood Stasis group and the Supplementing Qi group.Compared with the controlled group,the 3 groups are significantly better.Through the treatment,all in the groups have significantly improved the left ventricle's ejection fraction(LVEF),but there is no significant difference among them.Conclusion:The Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type is substantially composed of the CHF.The main treatment is Supplementing Qi and Activating Blood Circulation.
