大腿前部皮瓣微血管构筑

将大腿前部皮瓣分为九个区,各切取两个组织块,常规固定、包埋、切片。在显微镜下观察,皮辦血管网共分五层,即:乳头层、乳头下层、真皮深层、浅筋膜层和深筋膜层血管网。并对各层血管网的网眼内经和密度作了测量。

MICROVASCULATURE OF THE ANTERIOR FEMORAL FLAP

Using the fresh adult cadavers injected with ink, the sections of the anterior femoral flap were studied by light microscope. The vessel networks in the flap consisted of five layers, i.e. the papilla; the subpapilla; the profund dermis; the superficial facia and the prefund fascia. The characteristics of each layer of the networks were described, the density and the diameter for the network were measured and handled in statistics. It was more suitable to make use of the flap for the transplantation.
