| 摘 要： | 目的：观察琼玉膏对顺氨氯铂在肺腺癌细胞株ＧＬＣ－８２培养中的细胞增殖抑制的影响。方法：用血清药理学，流式细胞等方法技术研究古方琼玉膏对肺腺癌细胞株ＧＬ－８２的细胞周期及凋亡的影响。结果：流式细胞仪的分析结果表明，琼玉膏可明显加强化疗药物顺氨氯铂（ＤＤＰ）延长癌细胞Ｇ１期，降低Ｓ期的作用；并且琼玉膏还可明显加强顺氨氯铂诱发癌细胞的凋亡。结论：说明琼玉膏有加强化疗的抑制癌细胞分裂及诱发癌细胞凋亡的作用

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effects of Qiongyu Extract on the inhibition action of DDP in cells' division of GLC 82 cell strain culture.Methods:Using the methods of cell culture, FACS, and serum pharmacology to research the effects of Qiongyu Extract on cell's cycle and apoptosis of GLC 82 cell strain.Results:The results show that it can enhance the effects of DDP in increasing G 1 period and decreasing S period of cancer cells remarkably. Inaddition, Qiongyu Extract may enhance the action of DDP in inducing the apoptosis of GLC 82 cells.Conclusion:It indicates that Qiongyu Extract may enhance the inhibition effects of chemotherapy on tumor cell division and inducing apoptosis. |
