| 摘 要： | 中医药产业在其发展过程中所面临的问题，主要有起步较晚、没有把中医药行业列为支柱产业、中医药产业结构和政策研究滞后等。认为政府主管部门应当根据中医药产业发展的不同环节，进行有关政策、法规的研究，并出台相应的产业政策引导和促进中医药产业的健康发展。还要考虑到与国际市场的接轨问题，尽快实施中药原材料种植工业化，建立具有中医药特色的物流模式，打造中医药的销售平台。

| Abstract: | There are some problems in the developmental process of TCM industry, they are: late development; not listed as a pillar industry; lagging industrial structure and policy. It is argued that corresponding policies and regulations should be studied and evolved in the industrial development to pilot and promote its healthy development; that Chinese medicine should be integrated into the world market; that the plantation of Chinese herbs should be increasingly industrialized; that the logistic modes should be established with TCM characteristics and sales platform be built. |
