| 摘 要： | 目的:寻找治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效疗法.方法:选择腰椎间盘突出症患者98例,随机分为皮内植线治疗组49例,电针对照组49例,对患者治疗前后自觉症状、临床检查和日常生活活动评分及综合疗效进行评定.结果:皮内植线治疗组与电针对照组基本痊愈率比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),两组治疗后评分指数差异有显著性意义(P<0.05).结论:皮内植线治疗可提高腰椎间盘突出症疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of hypodermic catgut embedding therapy on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods Ninety-eight cases of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc were randomly divided into treatment group treated by hypodermic catgut embedding therapy (n=49) and control group treated by electroacupuncture (n=49). Their symptoms, somatoscopy and activity of daily life (ADL) were scored and comprehensive therapeutic effects were assessed. Results There were very significant differences between the two groups in the basically cured rate (P<0.01) and the scores of symptoms, somatoscopy and ADL (P<0.05). Conclusion Hypodermic catgut embedding therapy can increase therapeutic effect on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. |
