| 摘 要： | 本文认为皮肌炎属中医的痹证、痿证及阴阳毒范畴。其病机多本虚标实。在急性进展期,应清热解毒,凉血活血治其标;邪毒清除后,再益气养血,补益脾肾治其本。

| Abstract: | Dermatomyositis belongs to arthralgia, flaccidity and YinYang syndrome(TCM). Its pathogenesis is that healthy energy is asthenic and evil sthenic. Treatment: clearing away the heat toxic materials, cooling the blood and promoting blood circulation, and relieving symtoms during the acute progress. After clearing the evil, doing supplement the vital energy and nourishing blood, invigoratng the spleen to benefit the kidney, and treating its cause. |
