观察信宜地区尿路结石患者结石成分及个体化预防结石复发的临床意义

目的：观察信宜地区尿路结石患者的结石成分，以及将个体化预防指导应用于防治临床结石复发的实际效果。方法：选取来我院接受碎石治疗的患者200例，随机分为实验组和对照组，每组均为100例。其中，实验组患者的所有结石标本均经过红外光谱分析仪分析其成分，并根据结石成分的不同对患者进行个体化预防复发指导，而对照组患者则未对结石成分进行分析，同时仅给予组员防止结石复发的常规指导，观察到2013年12月截止时两组患者的结石复发率。结果：随访到2013年12月，时实验组患者的结石复发率为4．00％（8／200），对照组患者的结石复发率为32．00％（64／200），实验组患者的结石复发率显著小于对照组的（P〈0．05）。结论：根据尿路结石的成分进行预防性的防治指导能有效防止结石复发。

Clinical significance of calculus ingredient and individualized prevention of calculus recurrence for patients with lithangiuria in Xinyi district

Objective：To observe the calculus ingredient of lithangiuria patients in Xinyi district,and analyze the actual effect of applying individualized prevention in the calculus reccurence.Methods：200 patients treated by lithotripsy in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 100 cases in each group.The experimental group adopted infrared spectrometric analyzer for ingredient analysis, then given individualized prevention according to the different calculus ingredient;calculus ingredient analysis didn＇t performed in control group,given conventional guidance for calculus recurrence.The recurrence rate of patients till Dec 2013 were observed.Results：Till the follow up of Dec 2013, the calculus recurrence rate of experimental group （4.00%, 8/200）was significantly lower than control group （32.00%, 64/200）, P〈0.05.Conclusion： It can prevent calculus from happening that applying individualized prevention guidance, according to the calculus ingredient, in lithangiuria.
