摘 要: | 根据风场中多台齿轮箱磁性浮球液位开关异常触发问题,通过异常问题处理经验资料的收集和整理,结合磁性浮球液位开关内部及外部结构,汇总了该问题涉及的多种相关因素,并针对可控因素进行了多因素分析,依据分析进行了设计改进及交叉实验排除了批量异常,为今后风机齿轮箱磁性浮球液位开关的合理设计提供了参考意见。

Abstract: | This paper start from analysis of unexpected trigger problems about magnetic float switches in wind turbine gearbox, collect the processing experience of troubleshooting, combined with the princi-ple of internal structure of magnetic float switches, summed up the variety related factors about this prob-lem, then through cross experiment to get the direction about improving design,and propose some refer-ence and notes about design of magnetic float switches. |
