超高层空间网格结构动态纠偏施工技术

摘    要:北京保利国际广场总承包工程T1塔楼为超高层空间网格结构,由21个网格节点层组成,每个网格节点层包含10个七肢腿的"X"型节点,整栋建筑"X"型节点所有肢腿的空间位置均不相同,但相互关联,均需精确定位。为了保证复杂空间网格结构的施工精度,采用动态纠偏技术,在施工过程中通过深化设计,制作、安装联动,动态纠正制作、安装偏差,大大降低了施工偏差,提高了施工效率。

Abstract:Beiiing Poly International Plaza project T1 for super-tall tower spatial latiue structure which is composed by the 21 grid nodes layers, and each grid node layer contains l0 X type node with seven-limb-leg respectively. Spatial location of all limb legs of X type node are different, but they are interrelated and need to be positioned accurately, in order to ensure the construction precision of compliated spatial grid structure, dynamical correction of deviation has been carried out. Design development, manufacturing, linkage installment, dynamical correction of deviations of manufacturing and installment may help to reduce the construction deviations significantly while enhance the efficiency of construction.
