摘    要:本文针对某办公建筑空调制冷系统存在的水力不平衡、冷冻水和冷却水供回水温差过小等问题,采用改进冷水系统水力平衡、增加冷冻水泵和冷却水泵的变频调节、冷水机组优化控制、冷却塔台数调节等措施,对某办公建筑的空调制冷系统进行了节能改造。分析可知,该系统全天运行模式的平均节能率达到了26.3%,节能改造工程1.5 a后即可收回投资成本。

Abstract:For the air-conditioning system of an office building,there were some problems,such as hydraulic imbalance,the temperature differences between inlet and outlet of cooling water and chilled water were too small.In order to enhance the performance of the system,some energy-saving retrofit measures were adopted,including hydraulic balance improvements,frequency conversion adjustment of chilled water pumps and cooling water pumps,optimization controlling of water chiller unit and adjustment of cooling tower number.Based on the analysis,it was concluded that the average energy-saving rate of the air-conditioning system under all day operation mode could reach to 26.3% after the energy-saving retrofit.In addition,the retrofit investment cost would be recovered in one and a half year.
