| Abstract: | This paper briefly introduces the basic concept of construction life cycle management,taking the Hongqiao international airport east runway overhaul project as example.Taking the optimization of the construction life cycle management for the goal of construction management,through pre-design research,management mechanism establishment,process advancing,maintenance strategy elaborating,the runway overhaul project has achieved good effect. |
