临床实习教学与执业医师考试接轨的改革与实践

现行的高等医学教育（包括临床实习教学）如何适应人们日益增长的卫生健康需求，是当前各医学院校及其附属医院面临的重要改革课题。文章通过对我国执业医师考试现状及传统临床实习教学所面临问题的研究，提出了将临床实习教学与执业医师考试相接轨的改革措施，希望能够对现有的临床实习教学工作起到积极的指导作用。

Reform and practice of clinical practice teaching integrated with national medical licensing examination

How our high medical education .can adapt to people＇s growing needs for hygiene and health is a key issue with which many medical universities and affiliated hospitals are facing. By analyzing the present situation of national medical licensing examination and problems in the traditional clinical practice teaching, this article proposes the reforming measure of integrating clinical practice teaching into national medical licensing examination, in the hope of guiding the work of current clinical practice teaching.
