小湾水电站下游围堰可控帷幕灌浆生产性试验技术

摘    要:小湾水电站下游围堰防渗帷幕灌浆工程具有施工难度大、工期紧的特点。为使下游围堰灌浆防渗帷幕顺利施工,确保工程的质量和进度,在施工之前进行生产性试验,以了解河床冲积层和围堰堆积体的地质特性和可灌性。通过灌浆试验,优选灌浆材料、浆液配合比和施工工艺,提出针对不同地质条件下所采用的相应灌浆方法和技术参数,为帷幕灌浆设计提供依据,确保下游围堰防渗方案的合理性和可靠性。

Abstract:Abstract : The curtain grouting of the downstream cofferdam of Xiaowan Hydropower Project features high construction difficulty and short construction period. To assure smooth construction, quality and schedule of the curtain grouting operation of the downstream cofferdam, the geological property and grouting possibility of the riverbed alluvial layer and cofferdam formation are learnt before the grouting opera tion. Through the grouting tests, grouting materials, grout mix ratio and construction technology are selected in term of optimization. Dif ferent grouting methods and technical parameters are specified based on different geological conditions so as to provide the design of cur tain groutin with basis assurin reasonabilitv and reliabilitv of the imnervious scheme of the downstream cofferdam.
