| 摘 要： | 阐述了以邻仲丁基苯酚为原料,硝酸为硝化剂经一步催化法合成DNBP(邻仲丁基 4,6二硝基苯酚)的新工艺.通过单因素实验确定了最佳的合成工艺条件,在此条件下的DNBP的产率为86.47%,纯度为97.23%.利用红外光谱确定了产品的结构.

| Abstract: | New process of synthesizing 2-sec-butyl-4,6-dinitrophenol (DNBP) with 2-sec-butylphenol as raw material and nitric acid as the nitration agent is reported.Through single-factor experiments,the optimum synthetic conditions are determined.Under these conditions,the yield of DNBP is 86.47% and the purity of the product is 97.23%.The structure of the product is analyzed by IR. |
