PPY/ABS导电复合薄膜的研制与表征

摘    要:在柔性链聚俣物溶液体系中,利用化学化法使吡咯(PY)聚合,通过控制反应条件,获得可溶性的掺杂态比咯(PPy)/ABS复合材料,利用溶液浇铸的方法制备有良好力学性能的自支撑柔软薄膜,对实验条件*(温度、时间、配比、浓度等)进行了研究,获得阳佳实验条件,用红外光谱、GPC、扫描电、循环伏安仪等对复合材料进行表征,并用四电极法测试薄膜的导电性能。

Abstract:Through chemical oxidation method, pyrrole was polymerized in situ by FeCl-3 in ABS matrix dissolved in acetone solution. The resulting polypyrrole was dissolved in ABS solution. A cast soft free|stand composite film was prepared by the evaporation of mixed solvent. Its conductivity(%w%-{Py}=30%)was about 3.8 S/m measured by standard four|probe method. It had good stability in air. The factors affecting the polymerization such as ratio, time, solvent, catalyst amount were investigated, and the optimized reaction conditions were obtained. The composite film was characterized by IR spectrum analysis, GPC chromatogram, SEM and cyclic voltammogram.
