肾上腺皮质腺瘤内髓脂肪瘤样结节

目的 探讨肾上腺肿瘤内髓脂肪瘤样结节的临床病理学特征。方法 报告1例肾上腺皮质腺瘤内髓脂肪瘤样灶并进行组织形态学观察，复习文献。结果 镜检见髓脂肪瘤灶小（直径1-3mm)而不规则，散在分布于腺瘤内，由成熟脂肪细胞和造血细胞构成。结论 肾上腺肿瘤内出现髓脂肪瘤样病灶是一种极少见的、特殊的形态学表现，髓脂肪瘤样灶非真性肿瘤，建议以髓脂肪样结节代替髓脂肪瘤。

Myelolipomatous nodule within adrenal cortical adenoma: a case of report and review of literature

Objective To study the clinicopathological features of myelolipomatous foci within adrenal gland neoplasms Methods A case of myelolipomatous foci within adrenal cortical adenoma in a 38 year old woman was reported and briefly review the literatures.Based on light microscopic observation,the pathomorphilogic features were discussed Results Microscopically,the lesion was characterized by scattered of small myelolipomatous foci(1~3mm in diameter)with an irregular borderline embedded within adrenal cortical adenoma.Myelolipomatous foci was composed of mature fat cells imtermingled with hematopoietic cells Conclusions Myelolipomatous foci within adrenal gland neoplasms is a rare distinctive intriguing pathomorphologic features.The foci cannot be regarded as ture neoplasms.It is suggested that the name myelolipoma should be replaced by the term myelolipomatous nodule
