| Abstract: | In order to solve the problems existed in the process of material purchasing,a series of solution were taken to strengthen the quality control of purchased materials.These solution include confirming the scoring system of certification indexes,constituting the certification contents of supplier quality control,optimizing the quantity of suppliers,establishing long-term strategic cooperative partnership with the suppliers,carrying out comprehensive evaluation and dynamic management to the suppliers etc. |
