口腔鳞状细胞癌中分化抑制因子-1的表达及其与微血管生成的关系

摘    要:目的:探讨口腔鳞状细胞癌(Oral squamous cell carcinoma,OSCC)中分化抑制因子-1(inhibitor of differentiation-1,Id-1)的表达及其与临床病理学特征和肿瘤微血管生成的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测65例OSCC中Id-1,CD34表达,并计数微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)。结果:Id-1定位于肿瘤细胞胞质,65例OSCC中有49例Id-1呈(75.38﹪)阳性表达,其与OSCC分化程度,淋巴结转移和TNM分期密切相关(P〈0.01),而与患者性别及肿瘤发生部位无关;Id-1的表达与MVD值显著相关(P〈0.01)。结论:Id-1的高表达可能在OSCC分化和淋巴结转移过程中起重要作用,并与肿瘤微血管生成有关。

Correlation between Inhibitor of Differentiation- 1 Expression and Angiogenesis in Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the correlation between inhibitor of differentiation-1 ptotein expression and clinicopathologic characteristics in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC). Methods: Id-1 protein epression in 65 cases of OSCC was detected by immunohistochemical staining. Microvessel density(MVD) in OSCC was measured. Results: Id-1 protein was mainly detected in cytoplasm in OSCC cell. Id-1 positive expression occurred in 49 out of the 65 tumor samples (75.38 %). The differentiation degree of OSCC ,lymph node metastasis and UICC TMN classification were closely correlated with Id-1 positive expression(P〈0.01). But there was no significant eorelation between the positive expression and sex,tumor location. Id-1 expression was positively correlated with MVD in OSCC(P〈0.01). Conclusion: Id-1 positive expression in OSCC may play a potential role in the differentiation, lymph node metastasis and the angiogenesis of OSCC.
