依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效对比观察

摘    要:目的探讨依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效及价值。方法将80例急性脑梗死患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组给予银杏达莫注射液治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用依达拉奉治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损情况、临床疗效及不良反应情况,并进行对比分析。结果治疗2周后,观察组患者神经功缺损评分明显低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组有效率为85.00%,明显高于对照组的62.5%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未见与药物相关的不良反应。结论在银杏达莫的基础上加用依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死,具有疗效好、见效快、不良反应少等诸多优点,是目前临床治疗急性脑梗死的一种较佳方案。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the treatment of edaravone being used in acute cerebral infarction. Methods There were 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups and a control group of 40 patients in the control group was given Yinxingdamo injection, observation group were based on the use of edaravone treatment, were observed neurological deficits before and after treatment, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions and to conduct comparative analysis. Result Two weeks later of treatment, observation of nerve function deficit score patients was significantly lower than the control group, the difference between groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05); observation group was 85.00%, significantly higher than 62.5%, the difference between groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05); two groups during treatment were no drug-related adverse reactions. Conclusions Yinxingdamo based on the addition of edaravone treatment of acute cerebral infarction, with good efficacy, effective, and adverse reactions, and many otheradvantages, the clinical treatment of acute cerebral infarction is a better solution.
