高压电力系统智能无功柔性补偿技术的研究

摘    要:针对并联电容器作为无功功率补偿装置时所出现的一些问题,笔者在TCSC补偿技术基础上,提出可控并联电容(TCPC)的控制技术,通过降压的方法在低压侧利用电力电子器件对高压系统实行无功柔性补偿。该补偿模块不仅能够消除因电力电子器件而产生的谐波,而且还能有效地解决在高压系统中晶闸管的耐压问题。模块是分相设计的,因而可在一定范围内对三相不对称系统进行补偿。模块吸收连续可调的无功和有级电容共同作用,有效解决现行系统中有级投切振荡、不易控制等问题。有级电容的投入采用"循环投切"的方式,投入无涌流,可有效地延长补偿电容的使用寿命。系统的无功电流、功率因数等参数的测量及触发脉冲的产生采用CPLD来实现。结果表明,利用CPLD不仅可提高系统运行的稳定性和控制的准确性,而且还节省了硬件资源。由于无级模块是可实现分相调节,从而可实现在一定的范围内对三相不对称负荷的快速无级柔性补偿。

Abstract:Referring to the problems in employing shuntcapacitors as reactive powercompensation unit,TCPC control technology is proposed for high voltage system based on TCSC compensation technology,which can accomplish reactive power compensation using power electronic device by the method of voltagetrans formation.This compensational module can eliminate the harmonics from the power electronic device,and solve the problem of TCR's voltage-withstand. The module can also solve the problem of over or under compensation,and realize balanced flexible compensation fortri-phase asymmetricloadincertainrange. The capacitors are switched by way of circle withoutinrush current,which can extend the life of compensation capacitor. The measurement of power factor and frequency and the generation of trigger pulse are implemented by CPLD. The results show that the application of CPLD can enhance the operation stability of the system and the accuracy of control with less hardware resource.
