摘 要: | 结合水工金属结构专业的特点,将CATIA结构设计模块(SR1)引入到水工金属结构领域,创建了水工金属结构型材库。以某水工平面钢闸门为例,阐述了结构设计模块在水工钢闸门设计中的应用过程。与纯粹的零件设计模块相比,极大地缩短了闸门三维设计的时间,提高了设计效率。可在水工金属结构专业推广应用。

Abstract: | According to the characteristics of the hydraulic metal structure, CATIA structural design module is introduced into the field of hydraulic metal structure to develop the metal structure material database. Taking a hydraulic plane steel gate as an example, the application process of the module in design of the gate is described. The time for 3D design of the gate is shortened significantly and the design efficiency is improved compared with the single part design module. It can be popularized in the field of hydraulic metal structure design. |
