| 摘 要： | 主要介绍了一种应用于温度控制系统的恒流源加热电路，根据负反馈原理以及场效应管恒流原理设计出一种基于场效应管的恒流源加热电路。重点从电路构成、工作原理以及芯片选型等方面对电路作了分析，并对该加热电路进行了调试，将其应用于实际温度控制电路的测量中，得到可靠实验数据。

| Abstract: | This paper mainly introduces a kind of constant current source heating circuit applied in temperature control system. According to the principle of negative feedback and field effect transistor flow principle, it designs a constant current source heating cir- cuit based on the field effect tube. This paper makes an analysis mainly from the aspects of circuit composition, working principle, se- lection of circuit chips and so on, and the heating circuit is debugged to apply in the actual measurement of the temperature control cir- cuit, the reliable experimental data is achieved. |
