MnO对改性钛酸铅陶瓷压电性能的影响

摘    要:MnO对Pb_(1-x)Sr_x[(Sb_(1/2)Nb_(1/2))_yTi_(1-y)]O_3改性钛酸铅压电陶瓷兼有“软性”和“硬性”改性作用。实验表明,添加适当的MnO可以得到介电常数εr=240,机电耦合系数是kt=248.5%,机械品质因数Qm=1500,居里温度Tc=435℃的高稳定性压电陶瓷材料。该材料在高温及高频器件的应用方面有重要的应用价值。

Abstract:MnO has "soft" and "hard " effects on modified lead titanate Pb1-x Srx [ (Sb1/2 Nb1/2 ) y Ti1-y]O3 piezoelectric ceramics. Experimenl indicate . that high- stable piezoelectric ceramic material with relative dielectric constant εr= 240 . electromechanical coupling coefficient kt = 48. 5% , mechanical quality factor Qm = 1500 and Curie temperature Tc = 435 ℃ is obtained by adding appropriate amount of MnO to it. This material has important application in high-temperature and high-frequency devices.
