综合设计性实验在《中医护理学》教学中的应用研究

目的 探讨综合设计性实验在<中医护理学>教学中的应用及其效果.方法 选取我院2006级学生209人为实验组,2005级学生228人为对照组.实验组在<中医护理学>的教学中开设综合设计性实验,对照组采用传统实验教学方法.比较2组的操作考核和期末成绩,并收集实验组学生对综合设计性实验教学效果的评价.结果 实验组操作考核和期末成绩均明显优于对照组,88.61%的学生赞成开设综合设计性实验,并认为其能提高自己的综合能力(各项目得分均在3分以上).结论 综合设计性实验有助于提高学生的自主学习能力、对中医护理技术的实际运用能力、沟通和合作等综合能力.

Application of comprehensive and designable experiments in experiment courses of Traditional Chinese Nursing

Objective To study on application and effects of comprehensive and designable experiments in experiment courses of Traditional Chinese Nursing. Methods We selected 209 students from grade 2006 as the experimental group, 228 students from grade 2005 as the control group. The experimental group carried out the comprehensive and designable experiments, the control group used traditional teaching methods. The scores of the operation examination and the theoretical examination of the two groups at the end of the term were compared, and evaluation of students to effectiveness of experimental teaching was collected. Results The scores of the operation examination and the theoretical examination of the experimental group were significantly better than the control group, 88.61% of the students were in favor of the comprehensive and designable experiments, and recognized that they could improve their comprehensive ability. Conclusions Comprehensive and designable experiments will help to enhance the comprehensive ability of students such as self-learning ability, practical ability to use nursing techniques of TCM, communication and cooperation ability.
