摘 要: | 研究了H_2SO_4催化一缩二乙二醇(二甘醇)脱水环化生成1,4-二氧六环液相反应的速率与温度、H_2SO_4浓度的关系。测得H_2SO_4为1.84—4.00w%时,该反应的活化能为112.6±10.4kJ/mol,指前因子为3.6×10~9/s(1.1×10~3-2.5×10~(10)/s)。

A Study on Kinetics of Liquid Phase Dehydration Reaction of Diethylene Glycol Forming 1,4-Dioxane |

Abstract: | A method and apparatus for studying the kinetics of liquid phase dehydration reaction of diethylene glycol forming 1,4-dioxane are presented, The relationships between the dehydration rate and the reaction temperature and concentration of H_2SO_4 catalyst have been investigated. The results show that the rate of cyclization of diethylene glycol forming 1, 4-dioxane increases with the H_2SO_4 concentration.
It has been established that the cyclization reaction of diethylene glycol catalyzed by H_2SO_4 forming 1,4-dioxane is of the 1st order reaction with an activation energy (E_a) of 112.6±10.4kJ/mol and a pre-exponential factor (k_0) of 3.6×10~9s~(-1)(1.1×10~8-2.5×10~(10)s~(-1)) at a H_2SO_4 concentration of 1.84-4.00%(w). |
