煤巷水力挤出防突措施的研究与应用

摘    要:阐述了水力挤出工艺系统及设备选型,结合李一矿的实际条件,研究了水力挤出措施合理的注水参数,并通过对注水防突效果的考察,分析了水力挤出措施的主要防突机理.在突出煤层采用水力挤出措施,可使工作面前方煤体应力集中带前移,卸压带增宽,同时大幅度释放了煤体中的瓦斯,取得了明显的防突效果,巷道掘进速度提高了1.5倍.

Abstract:The technology system and equipment of hydraulic extrusion were set forth. Based on the actual conditions of Liyi Coal Mine, the reasonable parameters of injecting water were studied. According to the investigation of outburst prevention result, the major mechanisms of outburst prevention of hydraulic extrusion were analyzed. Adopting the measure of hydraulic extrusion at outburst coal seam, stress concentration region of coal seam was moved forward, pressure relief region was widened, and the gas was released efficiently. The remarkable effect of coal and gas outburst prevention was gained, and the roadwav driving speed was increased by 1.5 times.
