摘    要:介绍一种基于高性能数字信号控制器的恒压注水控制系统设计,给出该控制系统的硬件结构图和测控程序流程图.投产结果表明,该控制系统有较强的环境适应性和良好的系统特性,它能够平稳控制注水压力和注水量,同时可以提高注水机组泵的效率,降低系统的能耗,不仅能节省大量的资金,改善整个管网的水力条件,而且能提高油田的产出率,具有广泛的应用前景.

Abstract:This paper presented a high-performance digital signal controller-based constant oilfield injection system,and gave the control system hardware structure and flow chart of measurement and control system.The results show that this control system has a strong environmental adaptability and good system properties,it can smooth control water pressure and water injection.It can improve the efficiency of water injection pump and reduce system energy consumption,not only save a lot of money,improve the hydraulic conditions of the pipe network,but also enhance the oil production rate,and it has broad application prospects.
