柳城县吸毒人群及暗娼人群艾滋病综合干预效果分析

目的探讨对吸毒人群及暗娼人群综合干预的效果。方法以柳城县内吸毒人群和暗娼人群为研究对象，并实施艾滋病综合干预，观察干预前后两种人群对艾滋病相关知识的知晓情况及行为改变情况。结果干预后吸毒人群和暗娟人群对艾滋病8个知识点知晓率在终期明显高于基线（X2=139.15～185.71，P〈0.05），终期吸毒人群和暗娼人群总知晓率明显高于基线；终期吸毒人群共用针具比例明显降低，暗娼人群安全套使用率明显提高（X2=70.34～239.25，P〈0.05）。结论对吸毒人群及暗娼人群进行综合干预效果明显，但仍需长期坚持方可有效阻断艾滋病的蔓延。

Analysis the effect of AIDS intervention among drug users and illicit prostitution in Liucheng County

Objective To investigate the effect of AIDS intervention among drug users and illicit prostitution. Methods The drug users and illicit prostitution in Liucheng county were selected as research object, and the comprehensive AIDS intervention was carried out, the AIDS knowledge awareness and behavior changes were observed before and after intervention in two types of population. Results After intervention on, the eight AIDS knowledge awareness rate of drug users were significantly higher than baseline （X2 = 139.15 - 185.71, P 〈 0.05 ） , in final line the total AIDS knowledge awareness rate of drug users and sex workers was significandy higher than that in baseline; in final line the drug users sharing needles was apparently decreased, the condom use rate increased significantly （X2 = 70.34 - 239.25, P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusions Drug users and sex workers by comprehensive intervention effect is obvious, but still need to insist for a long time to effectively block AIDS spreading.
